We take a leading role in the 40+ member strong innovative Ayrshire/ Food network . A selection of our cakes have been served at the the very successful Thirst Cafe/Artscentre in Stewarton,Ayrshire.Two of our specialist cakes are served at Balmoral Coffee Shop in Galston.Our gluten free savouries are available at the new and exciting NO 1 Avenue larder in Stewarton,and our gluten free cakes have been available on request at the visitor interpretation centre at Whiteles Wind Farm. We make a delightful fresh apple and cinnamon cake/dessert,an exciting gluten free pear and honey cake, and other much sought after products include a ginger cake with local Burns Porter ale, a#gluten free chocolate and beetroot cake,& our top selling sensationally light & gluten free lemon yoghurt cake plus acclaimed gluten free oatcakes. For Homecoming Scotland we created a very authentic, specialist Black Bun.We are perhaps best known for our acclaimed hand made traditional yet light christmas puddings which are supplied in earthenware basins.Production is likely to restart in August using hoefully once again the excellent facilities of Motherwell College.
