For the third quarter of post Homecoming Scotland 2010 we will continue our ongoing policy of operating as a very small specialist producer of interesting hand made, high quality, flavoursome vegetarian, gluten free and/or diabetic food to match your requirements
we produce savouries, unusual cakes, modern style clootie dumplings and lightweight yet traditional Christmas puddings. plus speciality spelt,olive.and walnut breads & gluten free oatcakes. (with Tilquhillie GF oatflakes)
Several of these products are available as a gluten free option
Our products are available normally,according to season via local farmers' markets including Falkirk -First friday market,Ayr, Glasgow-Partick(second saturday), Falkirk, Kilmarnock,Paisley(last saturday per month ), Fencebay, plus by internet based or traditional mail order via BIG BARN Marketplace . We take a leading role in the 67+ member strong innovative Ayrshire/Arran Food network which links local food production via logistics with the food service sector and tourism projects.
A selection of our cakes are served at the the very successful Thirst Cafe/Artscentre in Stewarton,Ayrshire.Two of our specialist cakes are served at Balmoral Coffee Shop in Galston.A selection of our festive puddings have been available at the Burns Country Smokehouse cafe in Minishant,Ayrshire .

We make a delightful fresh apple and cinnamon cake/dessert,and other much sought after cakes include ginger with ale, carrot torta cake, & our top selling sensationally light & gluten free lemon yoghurt cake.
Our NEWEST creations are a most interesting flavoursome GLUTEN FREE CARROT TORTA CAKE,AND GLUTEN FREE OATCAKES.
For Homecoming Scotland 2009 we created a very authentic, specialist Black Bun.This featured at the Burns And All That Food Festival at Wellington Square,Ayr.We have produced also since then a GLUTEN FREE vegetarian Haggis croquettes.
We are perhaps best known for our acclaimed (85% repeat order rate) hand made traditional yet light christmas puddings which are supplied in earthenware basins.Production will restarted this year on September 14th!
