550g organic wholemeal flour
35g organic sunflower seeds
25g organic sunflower oil
1 tablespoon fresh yeat
1/2 tablespoon organic clear honey
320ml warm water, pinch sea salt
Mix all together except water which should be added in stages untill dough formed, knead for 20 mins & place in warm area to rise, after 1 hour knead for 20 mins, transfer to two loaf tins, sprinkle with few more sunflower seeds leave in warm place for a further hour then bake at 250C for approx 25 mins.
