Our first international Taste Buddy ! Restaurant Tranan is the highly regarded Chef Training Restaurant in Skane, South Sweden, run on Slow Food principles by husband and wife team Paul and Kerstin Seugling. We were invited to a Slow Food event here at Easter where there were many and varied themes from school meal discussions to GMO debates, all of course punctuated with delicious meals! This is a world famous Chef School and Scottish Food Guide was delighted to be asked to find a chef placement for them and this autumn there will be a chef from Tranan on work experience in a fine highland hotel.
