In her latest book “Food Miles from Home” Wendy Barrie travels to some of her favourite places, eating seasonally and above all seeking local speciality producers: Linderod Pig and herring in Skåne; Paste di Meliga in Italy; Dungeness crabs in San Francisco; Shetland lamb and highland beef in Scotland.
